Bay Central occupies one of the most prime positions within the Dubai Marina community. Bay Central consists of three towers and is located in the heart of Dubai Marina. It is directly opposite Marina Mall and The Address hotel and only 50 yards from Jumeirah Beach (JBR).The Central and West towers are residential. It is a 1 bedroom apartment and can accommodate 2 people. The size of the apartment is 650 square meters.

The Dubai Metro is a 10-minute walk from Bay central and access to Sheik Zayed Road is easy at either end of Dubai Marina. The tram links with the metro and has a stop directly outside Bay Central. Each of these makes accessing Dubai very easy.The famous JBR beach and walk is just across the road within few minutes walking distance.

Therefore, we would like to inform you, as per the law Vacation Holiday Homes Rental LLC being a registered company, we are required to collect 5% VAT Tax from our guests.
Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), for each night of occupancy of a room at a holiday home, a Guest will have to, for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive nights, be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee”, and the Tourism Dirham fee will not be applicable for extension of more than one month.

A fee of $2.78 is applicable per night regardless of the maximum number of guests allowed on the property, which will be collected upon arrival.

Here is my story. I have scheduled my vacation in Oct 2018, chose apartment, prepaid 100% and continued my life. 30 days prior to my flight (March 27th) I got a note that this host wanted to cancel my reservation. I asked to propose something equal. They offered apartment which was smaller more than 2 times. I asked to offer more options and they just returned my money. You understand that so close to flight date all apartments were busy and left ones were more expensive. I started to write to this website support but believe me that it was just a appearance of help, they started to send me to travelmob Asia which did not help. Finally I agreed for the apartment which was offered as exchange, waited when I get money back and paid again. I had no other choice. They have me almost same price, I lost money on my currency exchange rate. Apartment is really well located but it was so small, we have 3 kids. We were met at the reception and almost did not wait for settlement. I have paid vat and deposit 2000 DH via card. Rep told me that it will be returned within 5 working days after checkout. However after that I asked about my deposit and if it was released, I heard about 10-30 working days now. Wow! Loosing a swimming pool plastic card will cost you 1000 DH!!! We did not lose it fortunately. Oven and cooker did not work, was repaired the next day. Bar chair has screws which unscrew and you can break neck, I was lucky my wife noticed that. Overall awful experience, I will not use homeaway anymore,no help, and allow to do with guests like this. Last thing, swimming pools are dirty
